Before you actually look at any property, it’s important that you know about Agency representation.

When a seller puts their property on the market for sale with a Real Estate Company, they have an individual Realtor represent them called the Listing Agent.

When you are looking to purchase a property you have the option of having me represent your best interest as your Buyers Agent.  There is absolutely no cost to you to have a Buyers Agent work for and represent you.  Your brokerage services are paid by the Seller.  Please call me or e-mail me to find out all the specific benefits of having me work for you as your Buyers Agent.
