- Local tax revenue stamps are the charges that you'll pay for the privilege of selling your home. This fee is usually calculated at $2.00 per thousand of the sales price.
- Unpaid real estate taxes for the current year are prorated between buyer and seller and will depend on when you close and when your taxes are due.
